Privacy policy

BitzGaming (https://www.bitzgaming.com) is operated by Blackbird Corporation. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. Playing does not require an account or an email address.

Who is responsible

Blackbird Corporation is the operator of BitzGaming. For privacy requests, email hello@blackbirdcorporation.com.

What we don't collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect a name, payment card, or login. We do not sell lists of players.

What stays on your device

Game scores and your cookie choice are stored in your browser (localStorage, keys such as bitzgaming:score:… and bitzgaming-consent-v2). That data stays on your device until you clear site data or change cookie settings. We cannot read those scores from our servers.

Cookies and similar technology

A banner asks you to accept or reject optional cookies. You can change that later via Cookie settings in the footer. Strictly necessary storage (your choice, and game scores) is used to run the site.

Google Analytics (gtag, measurement ID G-DE5G59BZC6). Used only if you allow analytics cookies in Cookie settings. Google processes page views, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and referral information so we can see which pages are used. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.

Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-7868527037658097). The AdSense script may load site-wide so Google can verify the publisher and, where we place units, serve ads. Personalized advertising cookies run only after you allow advertising in Cookie settings (Consent Mode defaults to denied). Legal and contact pages do not carry our display units. Google and its partners may then use cookies to show, measure, and personalise ads. You can learn more and opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings and, for EU/UK users, via Your Online Choices. We publish an ads.txt file so buyers can confirm authorised sellers.

Legal bases (UK / EEA)

Necessary storage is used to provide the site you asked for. Analytics and advertising cookies are used where you have given a choice through the banner, and as described by Google when their tags run. You can withdraw advertising consent at any time in Cookie settings.

How long we keep data

Scores and consent stay on your device until you delete them. Google Analytics and AdSense retention follows Google's product settings and policies.

Children

The site is a general games site, not directed at children under 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country). Do not send us personal information about a child.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what data we hold, to correct it, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@blackbirdcorporation.com. For scores stored only on your device, clear site data in your browser. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Visit increment

Once per browser session we may send a first-party ping that increments an aggregate visit counter. It is not shown as a live “people playing” number and it is not a personal profile.

Hosting logs

Our host (and, when used, a database provider) may keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, time, pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use those logs to build a player profile.
