These terms apply when you use BitzGaming at https://www.bitzgaming.com, including the games and the blog. The site is operated by Blackbird Corporation. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Entertainment only

The games are casual and free. You do not wager money. There are no cash prizes, deposits, withdrawals, or real-world payouts. Scores (including Mines, Colour Match, and Higher or Lower) are for entertainment. This is not a gambling service.

What you may do

You may play the games and read the guides for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account. Best scores are stored only on your device unless you clear them.

What you may not do

You may not attack, scrape in a way that harms the service, attempt to break the games for others, or use the site to break the law. You may not copy the site as if it were your own product.

Advertising

The site may show advertising from third-party partners (including Adsterra and, where configured, Google AdSense) when ads are enabled. In the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and where we cannot tell the country, that waits for an advertising choice. Elsewhere, labelled units can load without that choice, and rejecting advertising turns them off on your device. Ads are labelled and kept separate from Play controls and game boards. A native unit may also appear on this page; it stays out of the layout when there is nothing to show. Fixed banners are not placed here. A pop-under may open on pages other than the home page; it does not run on this page. There are no social bars or full-screen interstitials. See the privacy policy for cookies.

Availability

The games are provided as they are. We may change, pause, or remove pages. We are not responsible for lost scores, downtime, or anything you do with a high score on another app.
