How BitzGaming Games Work
By BitzGaming Editorial · Updated 12 September 2026
How BitzGaming runs twelve browser games without accounts: local personal bests, input, privacy, and what we build versus classic mechanics.
BitzGaming is operated by Blackbird Corporation. We write and maintain the boards you play. Some titles follow well-known public mechanics (Snake, 2048-style merging, brick-breaking). The code, art treatment, scoring, and bugs are ours.
No account
There is no registration, password, or profile. Opening a game URL is enough. That is a product choice, not a teaser for a later paywall.
Where scores live
Personal bests use the browser’s localStorage (keys such as `bitzgaming:score:snake`). We cannot read those values on our servers. Clear site data and they are gone. There is no global leaderboard and no “world record” claim.
Visit pings
A small first-party ping may increment an aggregate visit counter once per browser session. That number is not shown as “people playing.” We do not invent live player counts.
Input
Arcade and puzzle boards use keyboard, pointer, and touch as documented on each game page. Speed games use tap/click/Space. Micro games accept keys 1–4. Swipe games listen on the canvas so the page does not have to steal all scrolling.
Privacy posture
Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose them. See Privacy. Playing does not require those cookies.
What we do not claim
- We did not invent Snake, 2048, or brick-breakers as concepts.
- Speed times are not medical or official motorsport measurements.
- Mines, Colour Match, and Higher or Lower are not gambling.
